Role Overview:



We are looking for a

dynamic and results-driven Hospital Sales Executive

to join our growing team in

Delhi and Haryana

. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation who thrives on achieving targets, building relationships, and making a direct impact on patient care through medical technology.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and reach out to potential hospitals and healthcare providers through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management:

Understand the client's needs and recommend tailored solutions using our portfolio of medical devices.

Product Presentations & Demonstrations:

Present medical equipment features and benefits effectively to doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators.

Sales Closure & Negotiation:

Work under the guidance of the Sales Head to negotiate and close deals that align with both company goals and client needs.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales visits, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Market Intelligence:

Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications



Proven sales experience in

medical devices or pharmaceutical products

is preferred Strong understanding of

critical care equipment

: Ventilators, BiPAP, CPAP, Monitors, ECG, Syringe Pumps, Volumetric Pump, Patient Monitor etc. Excellent

negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to

work independently and manage time efficiently

Comfortable with

field work and client visits across Haryana

Familiar with

CRM tools and MS Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in

Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field
