Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Identify and reach out to potential hospitals and healthcare providers through cold calls, field visits, and referrals.
Client Relationship Management:
Understand the client's needs and recommend tailored solutions using our portfolio of medical devices.
Product Presentations & Demonstrations:
Present medical equipment features and benefits effectively to doctors, purchase managers, and hospital administrators.
Sales Closure & Negotiation:
Work under the guidance of the Sales Head to negotiate and close deals that align with both company goals and client needs.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales visits, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitor activities, and gather feedback to improve sales strategies.
