Job Description

The primary role of a sales executive for the ''Arogyam Pain Health Card'' is to drive revenue by promoting and selling the cards to potential clients, acting as the key link between the company and customers. This involves a blend of sales expertise, healthcare knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and meet targets. Key Roles and Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Generation

: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including field visits, cold calling, networking, and leveraging existing relationships. This requires market research to pinpoint potential customers and understand their needs regarding pain management and general healthcare.

Product Knowledge and Presentation

: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the Arogyam Pain Health Card, including its features, benefits, network of associated healthcare providers, and competitive advantages. Conduct clear and persuasive presentations or demonstrations to showcase how the card addresses customer pain points and provides value.

Customer Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, including individuals, doctors, and potentially clinics or hospitals, to ensure satisfaction and encourage renewals or referrals. This includes addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing ongoing support.

Sales and Negotiation

: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and negotiation of terms to the final closure of deals. The executive must aim to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annual).

Market Analysis and Strategy

: Monitor market trends, competitor activities (pricing, offerings), and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities. Provide these valuable field-level insights to internal marketing and product development teams.

Documentation and Reporting

: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and other tools to accurately track all sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress. Prepare and submit regular, timely reports and sales forecasts to management.

Ethical Conduct and Compliance

: Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant healthcare laws, regulations (like HIPAA, if applicable), and the company's ethical guidelines. Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism to build the company's reputation and earn customer respect.
In essence, the sales executive acts as both a sales driver and a reliable consultant, guiding customers to appropriate healthcare solutions while consistently achieving business objectives.
