We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Officer to join our team in Amravati. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good market understanding, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. This role involves field sales, client acquisition, and achieving monthly sales targets with professionalism and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with new and existing customers.
Generate leads through field visits, market research, and networking.
Present product information clearly to potential customers and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Maintain daily sales reports and provide timely updates to the sales manager.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Support the overall business growth by contributing to sales strategies.
Conduct follow-ups with interested customers to convert them into active buyers.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proper guidance and support.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing of applications and documentation.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales or marketing.
Graduation preferred but not mandatory if experienced.
Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be comfortable with fieldwork and customer visits.
Basic understanding of sales processes and target achievement.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
Knowledge of the local market in Amravati is an added advantage.
