To manage showroom counter sales by handling walk-in customers, understanding their needs, showcasing suitable products, and closing sales efficiently while ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and engage walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly
Close sales deals and achieve daily/monthly sales targets
Coordinate with billing and inventory teams for order processing
Maintain proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement
Handle customer queries, objections, and after-sales coordination
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused approach with convincing ability
Basic computer knowledge (billing/software preferred)
Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
Ability to work in a showroom environment
Qualification & Experience:
Any Graduate/ BBA/MBA Sales and Marketing (preferred)
3-5 years of experience in showroom or counter sales (preferred)
