Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and target-oriented

Sr. Sales Executive & CRM

for our night-shift sales operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

international calling, cold calling, CRM management, and sales conversions

, along with strong communication and convincing skills to successfully close deals with global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Make

international outbound calls

, including

cold calling

, to generate and qualify leads. Communicate professionally with

US and international clients

to understand their business needs. Present, explain, and sell company products and services confidently. Convert prospects into customers using strong

convincing, negotiation, and closing skills

. Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently. Maintain and update accurate lead, follow-up, and sales data in the

CRM system

. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Perform regular follow-ups to improve conversion rates. Achieve and exceed

daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and client satisfaction. Maintain confidentiality, data security, and professional conduct at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 to 4 years of experience in

Sales, CRM, International Calling, or Cold Calling

. Mandatory experience in

US / international sales process

. Excellent

English communication skills

(verbal & written). Strong

sales acumen, convincing ability, and negotiation skills

. Experience working with

CRM tools and sales tracking systems

. Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset. Ability to work comfortably in a

night shift environment

. Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
