JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the south Zone.
2.Identify and establish new business opportunities in the HVAC sector.
3.Conduct sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
4.Understand customer needs and provide suitable HVAC solutions.
5.Maintain and update accurate sales records and reports.
6.Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
7.Attend and represent the company at trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry events.
8.Analyze and review sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
9.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements.
10.Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.
11.Collaborate with internal teams for seamless post-sales support and service.
12.Lead and mentor the regional sales team to drive business growth.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and drive business development.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
