Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations for automotive batteries and chargers in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in battery/charger sales, managing distributor networks, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Qualification

: BE/Diploma (Mechanical/Automotive)/ MBA (In Marketing)

Experience:

2-3 years (In Marketing)

Languages Known

: Regional Language & English

*Candidate must have experience in Garage Equipment & Car Care Products.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth for automotive batteries and charger products in the assigned territory. Build and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and key accounts. Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic sales plans. Collaborate with marketing and service teams to execute promotional campaigns. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely support and problem resolution.

Requirements

Graduate in Business/Engineering (MBA preferred). 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive, battery, or energy sector. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to travel across Mumbai and surrounding areas.
