Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for

Duro Comfort & Duro Gel

products by increasing market penetration, coverage, and overall market share in the assigned territory. Must possess strong

territory knowledge of the Western Region

, specifically

Mumbai and Gujarat

. Minimum

3+ years of sales experience

in

fabrication industry, artificial flooring, mats, mattress, or wallpaper products

. Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and have sound knowledge of

channel sales

. Identify, appoint, and develop new distributors to ensure active, profitable, and sustainable business growth. Ensure proper implementation of company guidelines and distributor management processes as per assessment tools.
