Position: Senior Sales Executive



Department: Sales & Marketing



Location: HEAD OFFICE (HYDERABAD)



Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head



Role Overview:



The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving business targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and mentoring junior sales staff where required.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and business objectives. Identify, approach, and convert new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to clients. Negotiate and close business deals with a focus on long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts on CRM or company systems. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives. Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Mentor and support junior sales executives to improve their performance. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products/services.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent relationship-building and customer service abilities. Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. Analytical thinking with problem-solving capability. Time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital sales platforms.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in [industry - e.g., FMCG, Retail, Garments, Manufacturing, IT, etc.]. Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Client acquisition and retention rate. Revenue growth and profitability. Customer satisfaction score. Contribution to team development and knowledge sharing.

Technical skill:

MS EXCEL, ERP, CRM, AUTOMATION OF REPORTS

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
