Business Development
Identify new markets, customers, and projects for
industrial valves.
Engage with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and EPC companies to secure approvals and orders.
Expand dealer/distributor network and strengthen channel partnerships.
Customer Engagement
Manage key accounts and negotiate contracts.
Provide technical support and product presentations to clients.
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business through proactive relationship management.
Market Intelligence
Conduct competitor analysis and track industry trends.
Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience:
7 to 15 years in sales of industrial valves or related process equipment.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
valve types (gate, globe, ball, butterfly, control valves) and applications.
Sales Expertise:
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in industrial sectors.
Leadership:
Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
Networking:
Established contacts with EPCs, consultants, and contractors.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Travel:
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits
