Role Summary



The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing strategic B2B industrial sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and strengthening market presence. The role requires strong relationship management with industrial clients, distributors, and OEMs, along with technical sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with MAX Japan to grow the Ferrule printer market in India. Achieve revenue and profitability targets for the region. Identify and onboard major industrial customers in sectors such as: Electrical Panels Wire Harness Automation Automotive Electrical Transmission & Energy Management Wires & Cables Manage direct B2B sales operations including forecasting, pipeline tracking & reporting. Lead pricing, negotiations, and contract closures for high-value deals. Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, channel partners, and end users. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to support strategic decision-making. Ensure consistent reports on sales performance and business insights to management. Collaborate with supply chain & logistics teams for smooth order execution and after-sales service. Partner with marketing to execute campaigns, product demonstrations, and events for market engagement.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
(MBA preferred)

Minimum

3+ years

of Industrial B2B Sales experience. Strong knowledge of industrial sectors: Electrical, Automation, Automotive, Panel manufacturing, Wire harness, etc. Technical understanding of industrial machinery and solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and trends. Leadership abilities to coordinate with cross-functional and external teams. Willingness to travel extensively.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
