We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled
Sales Engineer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between complex technical solutions and customer needs, helping to drive sales through product expertise, solution consultation, and strong communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer requirements and provide sales support by offering technically sound solutions.
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients.
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop customized solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals and quotations.
Assist in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify new business opportunities and work closely with the sales team to close deals.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities.
Support customers post-sale with implementation and troubleshooting.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, etc.) or a related technical field.
2+ years of experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or a similar role.
Strong technical background with the ability to learn and explain complex concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Willingness to travel (if required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Prior experience in [insert specific industry or technology if applicable].
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Professional certifications related to sales or engineering are a plus.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
