Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development: Identify & pursue new business opportunities in industrial segments for Transmissions & Conveyors. 2. Sales Strategy: Develop & execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets. 3. Customer Relationship: Manage key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive repeat business. 4. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Transmissions (gearboxes, drives) & Conveyors (belts, rollers) solutions. 5. Team Leadership: Guide sales team, set targets, mentor for performance excellence. 6. Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity for strategic decisions. 7. Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations for aligned business outcomes. Requirements - Experience: 8+ years in industrial sales, preferably Transmissions/Conveyors/ - Education: Bachelor's/MBA in Engineering/Marketing/Business. - Skills: - Proven sales track record in industrial products. - Strong relationship management & negotiation abilities. - Knowledge of industrial automation landscape in India. - Communication: Fluent English + local language(s) an asset. -
