Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Strategy Development:
Develop and implement effective technical sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Provide technical support and solutions to clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Cold Calling and Lead Generation:
Conduct cold calls to potential clients across PAN India to generate leads and drive sales.
Identify and qualify leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities across PAN India.
Identify opportunities for product development and improvements.
Sales Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team and clients.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
Negotiations and Contract Management:
Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts.
Oversee contract management and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
Sales Forecasting:
Develop accurate sales forecasts and set performance targets.
Ensure alignment of sales forecasts with business objectives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Training and Development:
Mentor and provide training to junior sales engineers and team members.
Promote continuous learning and development within the sales team.
Innovation and Improvement:
Identify and implement innovative sales techniques and practices.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the sales team.
