Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Promote and sell Omicron's range of
HVAC and BMS products
Temperature, humidity, differential pressure, CO?, and airflow sensors, transmitters, and pressure switches.
Develop and maintain relationships with leading
HVAC consultants, BMS consultants, and system integrators
to secure product approvals and specifications.
Identify new business opportunities through project tracking and consultant engagement.
Coordinate with internal departments for technical support, quotations, and order fulfilment.
Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, project reports, and performance updates.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business planning.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Mechanical / Electrical) or Business Administration.
MBA in Marketing or related specialization preferred.
5-8 years of experience in
HVAC/BMS or Industrial Automation
sales.
Proven experience working with leading
HVAC Consultants
and
BMS Consultants/System Integrators
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Strong understanding of HVAC and BMS applications in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
