Sr. Sales Engineer

Job Description



Identify and develop new clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. Conduct customer visits at office, product presentations, and technical discussions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate refrigeration solutions. Prepare and deliver detailed technical proposals and quotations. Provide technical clarification during pre- and post-sales stages. Generate inquiries and convert them into orders (India mart, Trad India) Keep track of market trends, pricing, and competitors. Coordinate with the design, production, and service teams to ensure timely execution. Ensure customer feedback is communicated internally for product improvement. Maintain CRM entries, client databases, and daily visit reports. Support in commercial negotiation and contract finalization. Assist in installation coordination or handover processes. Address customer complaints or concerns post-sale in coordination with service engineers. Basic knowledge of export sales.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
