We are seeking a proactive and technically knowledgeable
Field Sales Engineer
to drive product sales by visiting clients, understanding their technical requirements, and offering suitable solutions. The role demands a blend of sales ability and technical expertise to manage client relationships and grow business revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Meet clients onsite to understand technical requirements and propose solutions.
Conduct product presentations, technical demos, and trials at client locations.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and consultants.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the internal team (inside sales, logistics, service) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
Required Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of [industry-specific products: e.g., automation, control panels, valves, HVAC systems, etc.].
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions clearly.
Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting formats.
Preferred:
Previous experience in field sales or technical sales.
Regional language proficiency and local market knowledge.
Valid driving license and own vehicle (if required).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
