Develop and execute industrial B2B sales strategy
Identify and acquire business from key industrial sectors:
Electrical Panels, Wire Harness, Automation, Automotive
Energy Transmission & Management, Wires & Cables
Handle pricing, negotiations & closures of high-value deals
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs & end users
Sales forecasting, pipeline tracking & performance reporting
Ensure smooth order execution with supply chain & logistics teams
Support marketing initiatives, product demos & promotions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business / Engineering
3-10 years of experience in Industrial B2B Sales
Experience in Electrical / Automation industry must
Strong negotiation & communication skills
Willing to travel as per business needs
