About the role:
The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growthand expanding the company's market presence. This position involves identifying newbusiness opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, anddeveloping strategies to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proventrack record in B2B product sales and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
o Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets andmarket expansion goals.o Regular customer visits to generate inquiry funnel.o Sending proposals to customers and tracking PO.o Negotiation and order conversion.o Exploring new opportunities in the market viz. customers, projects, etc.
Qualificationsand Skillso
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in B2B product sales or businessdevelopment.o Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive market.o Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.o Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.o Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
