Generate new business opportunities, identify potential clients, and drive market penetration.
Prepare and deliver
technical-commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations

Negotiate effectively and close sales orders .
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Drive product approvals with
HVAC/BMS consultants
and inclusion in project specifications.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports in line with company policies.
Mentor and guide junior sales team members where required.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma
in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field.
4-6 years
of proven sales experience in HVAC, BMS, or building automation industry.
Strong network with
consultants, MEP contractors, and system integrators
in the industry.
Good knowledge of HVAC equipment (AHUs, FCUs, VFD controllers, sensors, actuators) and BMS systems.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools
, and reporting.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
