Manage and track the complete sales order cycle--from enquiry to delivery and post-sales follow-up.
Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial documentation with accuracy and timely response.
Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, logistics, finance, and purchase for order execution.
Maintain updated customer records, sales reports, and CRM data.
Handle client communication, follow-ups, and escalations professionally.
Support the sales team by preparing MIS reports, performance dashboards, and monthly sales summaries.
Manage scheduling, appointments, meetings, and sales presentations.
Assist in tender documentation, vendor registrations, and contract renewals.
Forecast sales requirements and coordinate inventory availability.
Handle billing coordination and ensure timely payment follow-ups.
Provide training and guidance to junior coordinators when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Any degree.
4-7 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Senior sales support role.
Strong knowledge of sales operations, quotation preparation, and customer service.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational ability.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
