Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support & Coordination




Act as a liaison between the sales team and internal departments (design, estimation, production, logistics).


Assist in preparing and reviewing technical and commercial proposals, bids, and quotations.


Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities including documentation, approvals, and follow-ups.


Monitor ongoing project timelines and support in tracking milestones and deliverables. 2. Client Interaction


Communicate with clients to understand technical requirements and clarify scope details.


Provide updates to clients on proposal submissions, revisions, and order status.


Organize and participate in client meetings, site visits, and presentations, when necessary.

3. Technical Evaluation & Support




Interpret architectural and structural drawings and provide inputs for estimation and design teams.


Ensure customer requirements are technically feasible and aligned with PEB design standards.


Assist in preparing design brief documents in coordination with the engineering department.

4. Documentation & Reporting




Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project data, and sales pipeline activities.
Generate reports for sales tracking, forecasting, and performance metrics.


Support in tender documentation, contract reviews, and compliance requirements. 5. Coordination with Design & Estimation Teams


Follow up with estimation teams for BOQs, weight estimates, and costing for proposals.


Support in reviewing and ensuring technical accuracy of design submittals before client submission.


Track design approvals and coordinate revisions based on client feedback. 6. Project Handover & Execution Support


Ensure smooth transition of signed contracts to project management and execution teams.


Coordinate between the client and internal stakeholders to resolve technical queries during project execution.


Support logistics and delivery schedules through effective planning and coordination.

5. Coordination with Design & Estimation Teams

KEY Skills & Competencies:




Solid understanding of civil/structural engineering concepts and PEB systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Strong organizational and coordination abilities.


Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.


Ability to interpret technical drawings and documents.


Team player with a proactive and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
