The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by handling administrative tasks, managing customer queries, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding orders, inquiries, payments, and delivery schedules.
Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and inventory records.
Handle order processing and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
Follow up for payments, pending documents, and order confirmations.
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and operations teams for smooth dispatch and billing.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management review.
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or WhatsApp professionally.
Support the sales team during customer meetings, events, and internal reviews.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate service.
