We are hiring Female Sales Coordinator

Location - Paschim Vihar, Delhi

Salary - 30k - 40k

Experience - 5-8yrs

Qualification - Any Graduation

- Preparation of various Marketing reports (MIS) Monthly, Weekly.

? Co-ordination between sales team and internal department regarding sales till dispatch.

? Track monthly dispatch details.

? Analysis every order with daily stock which stocks are available in stock.

? Issue PI on the bases of stock availability.

? Preparation of Performa Invoices & Invoices to the client according to PO.

? Preparation Target Vs Achievement Reports.

? Preparation SO as per client purchase order.

? Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork

and filing documents.

? Dispatch planning and order processing.

? Actively supported company sales team - Coordinated sales details, pre-sale material and after-sale deliveries. Handles contacts.
