Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the showroom. Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable vehicles based on preferences, budget, and usage. Present vehicle features, specifications, and finance options effectively. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle performance and features in detail. Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, competitive models, and current promotions. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Follow up with potential and existing customers to generate repeat and referral business. Maintain accurate records of all inquiries, test drives, and sales using CRM software. Represent the dealership professionally at events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
