The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue collection across the Madurai region in both B2B and B2C segments. The role involves converting company-generated B2C leads, expanding B2B opportunities across multiple channels, coordinating with the CRM team for quotations and project designs, and monitoring sales and collection progress. All sales closures and collection activities will be carried out under the guidance and support of the Branch Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities1. B2B Sales & Channel Development
Drive sales through various B2B channels, including:
Channel Partners & Dealers (sub-dealers, resellers)
Corporate Clients (private companies and business groups)
Institutions (schools, colleges, universities, academies)
Government Projects (municipal corporations, sports departments, public sector entities)
Builders & Contractors (real estate developers & project contractors)
Consultants & Architects (project specification and networking)
Sports Clubs & Fitness Centers (clubs, gyms, academies, event organizers)
Prospect, build, and manage new client relationships.
Achieve B2B sales targets with closure support from the Branch Sales Manager.
2. B2C Sales (Company-Generated Leads)
Follow up on company-generated B2C leads and guide prospects through the sales funnel.
Work with the Branch Sales Manager to successfully close deals.
Deliver excellent service to encourage referrals and repeat business.
3. Quotations & Project Designs
Work with the CRM Manager to create accurate quotations and project layouts.
Present proposals, address client queries, and support negotiations under the Branch Sales Manager's guidance.
Ensure timely submission of all proposals.
4. Collections & Revenue Tracking
Follow up on outstanding payments from B2B and B2C clients under the direction of the Branch Sales Manager.
Ensure timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.
Track and report revenue and collection performance.
5. CRM & Lead Monitoring
Maintain updated records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor lead conversions, sales pipeline progress, and collection status.
Generate and share regular reports with the Branch Sales Manager.
6. Branch & Team Support
Support branch-level sales initiatives and collaborate with team members to meet targets.
Guide and mentor junior staff when required.
7. Reporting & Market Insights
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales and collections.
Share market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Escalate sales or collection issues to the Branch Sales Manager for support and resolution.
