Job Summary:



The Sr. Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, developing client relationships, and promoting LT Panels and related electrical products. The role involves managing the entire sales cycle -- from lead generation and technical discussion to order finalization -- while ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales Activities:



Identify potential clients in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors for LT Panels, Control Panels, MCC, PCC, and related electrical solutions. Visit consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and end-users to promote company products. Generate and follow up on leads to convert inquiries into orders. Prepare and submit quotations, technical proposals, and commercial offers. Conduct technical discussions with clients and coordinate with the design/engineering team for customized solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales in alignment with company policies. Maintain and update client database, sales pipeline, and reports.

Marketing & Business Development:



Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and product presentations. Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements. Assist in preparing marketing materials, brochures, and digital content. Strengthen brand visibility through networking and relationship management.

Coordination & Support:



Work closely with internal departments -- Design, Production, and Dispatch -- to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Follow up on payments as per agreed terms. Provide post-sales support and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech preferred). 3-6 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Electrical / LT Panel / Switchgear industry. Strong technical understanding of LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, and related systems. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and report preparation. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and business development.
