Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
Handle high-value client accounts and close premium projects.
Conduct client visits, showroom walkthroughs, and design presentations.
Track sales metrics, forecast revenues, and report regularly to management.
Explore new market segments and business opportunities (B2C & B2B).
Design Coordination
Oversee the preparation of customized modular furniture layouts, 3D views, and BOQs.
Ensure that designs meet client expectations, manufacturing feasibility, and quality standards.
Guide and review design team outputs before client presentation.
Stay updated with market trends, materials, finishes, and innovations in modular systems.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the Sales & Design team to ensure performance, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Set performance benchmarks and KPIs for team members.
Conduct regular training and workshops to enhance product knowledge and design skills.
Client Engagement & Handover
Ensure clear communication with clients at every stage -- from enquiry to final delivery.
Coordinate with the production and installation teams for timely execution.
Handle escalations or design change requests with a solution-driven approach.
