Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and standards at site.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments; identify hazards and ensure corrective actions.
Manage Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Permit-to-Work (PTW), and Emergency Response Plans (ERP).
Monitor safe practices during construction, erection, and commissioning activities (work at height, lifting, confined space, etc.).
Ensure availability and maintenance of PPE, firefighting equipment, and first-aid facilities.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training programs.
Investigate and report incidents, maintain safety documentation, and ensure statutory compliance.
Promote a strong HSE culture through engagement and continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: B.Sc / Diploma / B.Tech in Fire, Safety, or Environment.
Minimum 3 years' experience in construction/commissioning safety.
Strong knowledge of HSE laws, fire systems, and risk management.
Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Willing to travel and manage multiple sites.
