Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Industrial Robot Programmer

to lead the Commissioning and Programming of robotic automation solutions across manufacturing and industrial environments. The candidate will be responsible for robot programming at site and online, integration with PLCs and vision systems, and commissioning of robotic cells.

Key Responsibilities:

Robot Programming:

Develop, test, and optimize robot programs (

Mitsubishi,

Kawasaki, FANUC, , Yaskawa, etc.) for automated manufacturing processes (welding, handling, painting, etc.).

System Integration:

Interface robots with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, vision systems, and safety controllers. Integrate robotic systems with production lines ensuring synchronization with conveyors and other automation equipment.

Commissioning & Troubleshooting:

Lead on-site robot setup, commissioning, and testing. Diagnose and resolve robotic and automation issues quickly to minimize downtime.

Project Leadership:

Provide technical guidance to junior robot programmers and technicians. Work closely with mechanical and electrical engineering teams to ensure design compatibility.

Documentation & Standards:

Prepare and maintain detailed documentation including logic flow diagrams, safety assessments, and program backups. Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, CE, ANSI/RIA R15.06, etc.) and customer-specific requirements.

Continuous Improvement:

Drive optimization of robot paths, cycle times, and overall cell efficiency. Stay updated with the latest developments in robotics and recommend technology upgrades.

Required Skills & Experience:

Education:

Diploma/Bachelor's/Master's in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in industrial robot programming and integration. Hands-on experience with at least 2 major industrial robot brands (e.g., MItsubishi and Yaskawa, Fanuc etc).

Technical Skills:

Proficient in robot programming languages and simulation software. Familiar with PLC programming (Mitsubishi). Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, etc.). Basic understanding of 2D/3D vision systems and AI-based inspection is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities. Willingness to travel for project implementation and support.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
