Job Description

The Honeywell Life Sciences team has an excellent opportunity for Senior Revenue Optimization Officer, based in Pune, India. The position reports to the GM of HLS APAC with a dotted matrix to HLS CFO.


In this highly visible role, you will also support critical commercial finance and FP&A activities across HLS working closely with the broader HLS Global organization and be responsible for reporting results and analyzing business performance - including the preparation of executive level communications and presentations.

Manage HLS wide processes such as KPI tracking, AOP scorecard and ME close reviews Critical role in planning cycle: Strategic Plan (STRAP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Establish clear, consistent reporting and operating processes Prepare and provide information for presentations for the HLS executive team Partner with functional leaders to optimize financial results Serve as the HLS focal for the Honeywell wide Digital Finance initiative Special projects as required Mentor junior members of the team

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Several years of FP&A and/or commercial finance experience Enterprise software finance or SaaS finance experience Strong technical knowledge of finance systems Excellent communication and influencing skills Self-motivated, driving business initiatives Demonstrated ability to deliver solutions to business problems Strong analytical & problems solving skills Effective verbal and written communication skill 8+ years of Finance Experience and a minimum of 5 years of FP&A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
