Reporting Analyst leverage analysis and UX/UI visualization skills to design, develop, deploy, and maintain standard reporting solutions. They will Perform standard and ad hoc analysis and reports, e.g. for Group investigations and compliance reporting. Receive support and supervision and work within given demand and development framework and time schedules. Responsible for quality in own deliveries, complying with legal and ethical requirements, including information security requirements. Engage with stakeholders related to own deliveries. Adopt to, and build skills in, new tools and technologies as needed

What you will do

Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and understand business processes, identify automation candidates, and define clear and comprehensive requirements. Follow the standard solution architecture guidelines. Prepare and maintain good documentation around solutions. Continuously improve solution quality and optimize processes in way of working. Analyze requirements to derive change request specific requirements/ test scope test strategy/ test environment Drive innovation within Automation and Gen AI area Develop domain specific technical competence, as defined for the individual position. Actively share knowledge as an integrated part of the daily work, in order to develop competence Act as a mentor and coach for colleagues Design, develop, and deploy automated reporting solution. Ensure high data quality in the reporting output. Work closely with the automation team to automate reporting and analytics processes.

You will bring

5 to 7 Years of experience working in the field of Analytics/Automation, Solution designing Proven experience Financial Data Modelling and Visualization (UI/UX) Expertise in Analytical tools such as SAC, Power BI, Power Automate, GenAI. Strong programming skills in languages like Python, VBA, Java Script. Ability to analyze complex business processes and design efficient automation and Analytical solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience

5-7 years of relevant experience in the field of Analytics/Automation, Solution designing, Financial Data Modelling and Visualization (UI/UX)

Education

Bachelor's degree or master's degree with demonstrated high academic achievement in analytics, data science or computer science strongly or have relevant work experience in Automation
