Acquire new customers through leads and referrals from existing clients and family groups.
Grow the bank's liability business (CASA / Fixed Deposits) by strengthening relationships with premium customers.
Cross-sell bank products such as loans, investments, insurance, and other third-party financial products to increase revenue.
Provide complete banking support to all mapped clients and address their service needs.
Expand the product mix held by each customer to increase engagement with the bank.
Regularly meet or call assigned clients for service, sales, and cross-sell opportunities.
Actively participate in bank campaigns for liabilities and other products.
Follow all bank processes and maintain high standards of compliance
Education Requirements:
Essential:
Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably with exposure to finance).
Preferred:
Postgraduate degree in Finance or Commerce.
Work Experience Requirements:
Essential:
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in the banking industry.
Preferred:
At least 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager.
