Job Summary



We are hiring a

Senior Relationship Executive

with hands-on experience in

real estate portals or proptech companies

. The role involves managing relationships with

property owners, brokers, developers, channel partners, and buyers

, driving listing performance, lead conversion, and recurring revenue through structured account management.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and grow relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, channel partners, and active buyers Consult clients on

property listings, visibility plans, and lead-generation solutions

Handle buyer and seller enquiries and ensure timely follow-ups and coordination Drive

renewals, upgrades, and reactivations

of client accounts Track listings, leads, and client interactions through CRM systems Achieve assigned

revenue, renewal, and engagement targets


Preferred Experience



1 Year to 3 years of experience in

real estate portals or proptech platforms

Exposure to

subscription-based sales, account renewals, and upselling

Experience with leading property portals or regional digital real estate platforms

Skills Required



Strong communication and client-handling skills Relationship management and negotiation capability Target-driven, performance-oriented mindset

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
