Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, channel partners, and active buyers
Advise clients on property listing packages, visibility options, and lead-generation solutions
Handle buyer and seller enquiries with timely follow-ups and effective coordination
Drive account renewals, plan upgrades, and inactive account reactivation
Maintain accurate records of listings, leads, and client interactions using CRM systems
Meet assigned revenue, renewal, and engagement targets
Preferred Experience
1 Year to 3 years of experience with
real estate portals or proptech companies
Experience in
subscription sales, account management, renewals, or upselling
Prior exposure to leading or regional digital property platforms
Skills Required
Strong business communication and client coordination skills
Relationship management, negotiation, and objection-handling ability
Target-oriented and performance-driven approach
