Senior Regional Sales Manager- Kerala
You will lead a team of ASMs and TSMs across your assigned region, guiding and supporting them to achieve business goals. You'll identify, plan, and develop new customers in line with your business development targets.
Responsibilities
You'll provide the right level of contact, service, and support to ensure your sales targets are met consistently. By closely monitoring sales performance, you'll spot when remedial actions are needed and make sure, they're implemented effectively.
You'll plan your own visit schedule, aligned with agreed customer service levels, and gather valuable customer feedback. This insight will help you analyze current and future market trends to unlock further market potential.
You will identify, target, and implement approved sales strategies within your marketplace. You'll also take charge of planning, executing, and reporting on sales activities in your area.
With your expert knowledge of product features and benefits, you'll be a trusted advisor to your team and customers alike.
Reporting to the Regional Business Head, you will be responsible for meeting quantitative sales objectives, executing the commercial strategy, and leading your sales team to success.
