Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers across Sales, Marketing, and IT departments to understand their staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a wide range of positions including Sales Executives, Marketing Specialists, Software Engineers, IT Managers, and more.
Manage the full recruitment life cycle: from job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Naukri, referrals, and networking events.
Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Keep hiring managers updated on recruitment progress and provide insights on market trends, salaries, and candidate availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in all recruitment activities.
Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions, recruitment materials, and interview processes.
Continuously seek innovative ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate sourcing.
Key Requirements:
4-6 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of hiring for Sales, Marketing, and IT roles.
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a plus.
Knowledge of market trends in Sales, Marketing, and IT recruitment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with recruitment for tech startups or IT-driven organizations.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with employer branding and creative recruitment strategies.
