Job Description

Position: Sr Recruiter/ Team Lead

Experience: 2-4 Years (Recruitment & Team Handling - Placement Industry)

Location: Kudasan, Gandhinagar

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Coordination

Lead a team of junior recruiters

; assign daily tasks and ensure recruitment targets are met.

Monitor team performance

and provide regular guidance, training, and feedback. Ensure adherence to

recruitment processes, quality standards, and TAT.

End-to-End Recruitment

Handle the full recruitment cycle

: sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordinating interviews, and closure. Act as the

SPOC for clients and ensure prompt requirement understanding and delivery.

Maintain an active talent pipeline for multiple ongoing mandates.

Client Management

Coordinate with new and existing clients

to understand job requirements and suggest effective hiring strategies.

Maintain strong client relationships

by delivering quality candidates within timelines.

Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

Use Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases

, and other sourcing channels to identify the right talent. Conduct initial screening, evaluate candidate fitment, and align shortlisted profiles with client expectations.

Reporting & MIS

Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports for management. Track individual and team performance, including closures, submissions, and pipeline updates.

Required Skills & Competencies

2-4 years of experience as a Senior Recruiter in the placement or staffing industry.

Proven experience in

team handling

and target-driven environments. Strong sourcing skills using

job portals, social media, and networking.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
