Job Overview
The Senior Recruiter Manager will lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations for IT and Non-IT roles across multiple client engagements. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and hands-on recruitment expertise to build high-quality talent pipelines and ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
Source candidates using job portals, professional networks, and social platforms
Conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and HR interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for technical and final interview rounds
Manage salary negotiations and onboarding documentation
Maintain accurate candidate data, reports, and recruitment dashboards
Ensure timely closures aligned with client requirements and SLAs
Desired Skills & Competencies
Extensive experience with Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment reporting
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently while leading and collaborating with teams
