Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process for various roles within the organization.
  • Source candidates through various channels (e.g., social media, job boards, networking).
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
  • Interview candidates in-person or via video conferencing.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract talent.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruiting processes and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.

Role:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a senior role.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
