Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Recruiter who can handle complete recruitment life cycle across multiple departments with strong sourcing and closing capability.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding Hiring for:

Construction, Civil, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, Architect, Purchase, Interior, HR

Sourcing through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases and more Screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers Offer negotiation and joining follow-up Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports

Required Skills:

Strong command over sourcing strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination Target-driven and closure-focused mindset Proficiency in Excel and recruitment trackers Ability to handle pressure hiring
