Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical (IT, product, engineering) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations, HR, finance, etc.) roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
Source high-quality talent using job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and innovative sourcing techniques.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/initial interviews, and shortlist candidates effectively.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the process.
Maintain candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics using ATS or internal systems.
Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and close positions within defined timelines.
Build strong employer branding through effective communication and candidate engagement.
Stay updated on market trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
Should also be good with HR Operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience (3+ years) recruiting for both
technical and non-technical
roles.
Strong understanding of various functions: engineering, IT, business operations, sales, marketing, customer success, etc.
Excellent sourcing abilities using LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, Boolean search, networking, etc.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
