Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
Develop recruitment strategies and processes for various roles
Handle end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialized positions
Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements
Implement best practices and innovative recruitment techniques
Ensure quality hiring and reduce time-to-fill metrics
Required Qualifications
5-8 years experience in recruitment with minimum 2-3 years in team leadership
Strong subject matter expertise across multiple industries/functions
Proven track record in team handling and performance management
Experience in technical, non-technical, and leadership hiring
Graduate in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals
