Responsible for end-to-end recruitment of IT positions, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality technical talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to offer closure)
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for technical fit
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
Maintain candidate data and recruitment metrics in ATS
Ensure positive candidate experience and adherence to hiring SLAs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment
Strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?90,000.00 - ?130,000.00 per month
