To ensure timely recovery of outstanding royalty payments from licensees/partners in accordance with contractual terms, maintaining accurate records, negotiating in a professional and ethical manner, and supporting the organization?s revenue integrity all work being performed remotely (phone, email, system-based) with no field visits required . #

Key Responsibility Areas

Candidates must have prior experience working in credit cards or in a banking environment . Graduate (Commerce, Finance, or related field preferred) . Strong communication and negotiation skills; professional in remote interactions . Basic accounting/finance understanding; proficiency in MS Excel and data tracking . Detail-oriented, able to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet deadlines . Prior experience in collections/royalty operations is a requirement . #
