Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages and route them appropriately
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Schedule meetings and appointments and maintain calendars
Handle administrative support tasks as required
Coordinate with internal departments and provide necessary assistance
Maintain visitor and call logs for records and reporting
Assist in basic documentation and correspondence
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a receptionist/front desk role
