Handle outbound and inbound calls for real estate projects (residential/commercial).
Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans to clients.
Generate quality leads and convert enquiries into site visit appointments.
Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle high-volume calling and achieve monthly lead conversion targets.
Maintain accurate calling data, CRM entries, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and closures.
Guide junior telecallers and support team targets (if required).
Required Skills:
Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Proven experience in
