As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the financial aspects of construction projects. Drawing on your 2-3 years of experience in quantity
surveying, you will be responsible for accurately estimating costs, managing budgets, and ensuring cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and the overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct detailed cost analysis and estimation for construction projects, considering materials, labor, and overhead costs.
2. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and maintain project budgets.
3. Prepare bills of quantities, tender documents, and cost estimates.
4. Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts.
5. Monitor project progress and expenditures to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
6. Conduct regular site visits to assess and verify quantities, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation.
7. Identify potential cost-saving measures and provide recommendations to enhance project profitability.
8. Prepare and present detailed reports on project finances to senior management.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need :
1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/M.Tech).
2. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with 2-3 years in the construction industry.
3. Sound knowledge of construction materials, methods and processes.
4. Proficient in using quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
7. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
8. Professional accreditation or certification in quantity surveying is a plus
