Job Description

Responsibilities:

Knowledge of ISO management systems particularly in Automobile Industry will preferable. Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) tailored to the specific needs of the jewelry industry. This includes defining quality policies, procedures, and processes. Monitor and evaluate production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide training and education to staff members on quality standards, procedures, and best practices. Foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization. Stay updated on relevant regulations and standards governing the jewelry industry, such as those related to precious metals, gemstones, and manufacturing processes. Proactively address quality issues to minimize their impact on production and customer satisfaction. Provides oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes and procedures that ensure compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established internal and external standards and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

Candidate who is working near by sitapura area or in jaipur will be preferable. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Quality Management, Engineering, or Jewelry Design. 8-10 Year of experience required Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.
