Job Description

Devise and establish a hospital's quality procedures, standards, and specifications in all branches of Nethradhama Hospitals Pvt Ltd and Shraddha Eye Care Trust.

Set standards for quality as well as health and safety

Ensuring that the policies set out in the Apex Quality Manual are understood, implemented and maintained at all levels in the Hospital and that the Hospital works towards achieving its Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.

You are responsible for ensuring that the system is effectively implemented, maintained and report on the performance to the Management Representative.

Planning for regular internal audit and external audit schedules, eliminating the non-conforming products and thereby continual improvement. Ensuring that corrective and preventive actions for actual or potential process and or System deficiencies are implemented

Co-ordinating with the Process owners, External Consultants/Auditors and the management.

Look at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency, participate in risk assessment in the organization.

Define, updated periodically the SOP, Manuals, Guidelines with process owners and provide feedback to Management Representative accordingly.

Review existing policies and make suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them

Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and produce statistical reports during Monthly KPI, Clinical Audit, Quarterly MRM & Annual MIS accordingly both clinical & non clinical. Make sure the indicators are benchmarked with published data international and national standards

Document Minutes of meeting monthly, quarterly and annually and follow-up of these meetings to be monitored for effective implementations.

Measure performance and identify any areas of weakness, recommending and implementing improvements. Assess the effectiveness of changes made

Participate in implementing quality tools in the organization. Use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve their process.
